I’ve spent much of my working life somewhere between business, product and making things.

I’ve founded companies, worked on software and hardware products, built commercial partnerships, developed brands, worked with clients and occasionally gone much deeper into the implementation than my job title suggested I should.

That range is intentional. I like understanding how the whole thing works — why someone would buy it, how it should work, how it gets built, how it reaches the market, and what happens after launch.

My work has involved manufacturing and supply chains across Europe and Asia, consumer electronics, international logistics, and building software from the database schema up to the user interface.

I’m originally from Germany and based in Riga, Latvia, working across Europe and further afield.
