Why Orbit exists
Most business tools for small teams go wrong in the same way: they start simple, then slowly become bloated enterprise suites full of features no one asked for. After a few months, teams spend more time maintaining their tools than doing the actual work.
Orbit takes the opposite approach. Instead of one massive app, it is a family of four small, focused products designed to handle specific recurring jobs quickly and get out of the way.
The Family
Orbit CRM
Keeps track of conversations, deals, and customer context without the setup complexity of legacy CRMs. Designed to be opened, updated in twenty seconds, and closed.
Orbit Cue
Focuses on what needs to happen next. It surfaces stagnant deals, pending follow-ups, and queue items before things slip through the cracks.
Orbit Grow
Tracks outbound conversations, audience development, and partner networking pipelines with lightweight cadences.
Orbit Thread
Replaces chaotic chat pings with structured weekly memos, decisions, and progress logs that preserve context over time.
My role
I define the products, workflows and commercial direction and stay close to the actual implementation.
