One product, many systems
A wearable, its firmware, two companion apps and an international sales operation — each running on a completely different clock.
RyseUp connected to iOS and Android apps over Bluetooth Low Energy and was sold directly and through partners across Europe, the Americas and Asia. Shipping it meant keeping all of the following moving at once.
Tooling, regulatory declarations, battery safety
Bluetooth pairing that works first time for non-technical people
iOS and Android, organising dozens of programmes
Inventory, warranty replacements, several legal entities

Operating across markets
The commercial side was a distribution business in its own right.
Warehouses in the Netherlands and the US, customs clearance, reseller contracts, and keeping customer support responsive whenever a firmware update rolled out.
